Signed Tobin 85. George Moore half-length turned slightly to his right. The sketch appears to be based on The Red Dressing Gown by Henry Tonks.

I found a photocopy of this drawing among my letters from Edwin Gilcher. I must examine the letters for clues. The picture was probably drawn by an artist affiliated with the academic journal English Literature in Transition. Present whereabouts unknown.
