Homes of Lady Cunard

←Menu of Places

Bache and Maud Cunard lived mainly at Nevill Holt 1895-1911. I haven’t yet identified their London address though there must have been one. After their permanent separation, Lady Cunard had at least five addresses in London, four of which George Moore visited though he didn’t write from them. She lived in New York during the war years 1941-1942

  1. 20 Cavendish Square, 1911-
  2. 2 Upper Brook Street, 1918-
  3. 5 Carlton House Terrace, 1921–1924
  4. 7 Grosvenor Square, 1926–1940
  5. Dorchester Hotel, 1943-1948
