Aet. 44, to his brother. George Moore’s youngest brother Julian wanted £1,250, his quarter share of £5,000 invested in Moore Hall by their parents for the exclusive benefit of children other than George (who inherited the estate).

In an agreement of 24 August 1896, George agreed to pay 4% interest on £1,250 to one Thomas More Madden. Madden paid £1,250 in cash to Julian, who was now living at 54 Shepherd’s Bush Road in London.

Edward and George Stapleton were the Moore family solicitors with an office in Dublin. Evelyn Handcock Moore was Maurice’s wife.
