1887-04-01 to an Editor of the Court and Society Review

Autograph letter signed, National Library of Ireland, 165 words

[Edited for paragraph breaks, capitalization, spelling and punctuation.]

The Green, Southwick, Sussex

[Friday, 1 April 1887]

My dear Robertson

I send you the third installment of the Confessions. I am beginning to feel a little better and to think they will come out all right.

You must have altered my letter a good deal for it seemed to me to read very well indeed. Indeed it seemed to me to be quite up to the mark. If you could get a reply from Stevenson, I wish you would let me see a proof of something.

When are you going to print the railway accident?

If you see any reviews of Terre d'lrlande send them on. I see nothing here.

If you come to Arundel pray let me know. I shall be very glad to see you and Mrs Robertson to whom I beg you to give my kind regards.

Very truly yours

George Moore
