92 VICTORIA STREET, S.W.

Friday [6 April 1900]

Dear Mrs. Gosse

I was going to write to tell you that next Sunday I had said I would go to Richmond: but the Sunday after I am free. Thank you for inviting me, your Sunday suppers are remembered and looked forward to.

I hope Mr. Gosse approved of what I said about Kipling. Someone must tread on the beetles.

Always yours sincerely,

George Moore
