8 Kings Bench Walk, Temple

[Wednesday] July 18th [1894]

Dear Mrs Terry

I cannot find words to express my astonishment at the place my name takes upon your programme. I assume that the explanation of the collaboration came from Mrs. Craigie: it could have come from no one else. But I fail to understand why you should have accepted her explanation without consulting me.

Will you please to have new programmes printed tomorrow on which my name shall appear in the same place as it did on the original programme?

Very truly yours

George Moore
