1900-10-19a to Virginia Crawford

Autograph letter signed, National Library of Ireland, 125 words

[Edited for paragraph breaks, capitalization, spelling and punctuation.]

92, VICTORIA STREET, S.W.

Friday [19 October 1900]

Perhaps you will write to Mr. Bunting about the article. I believe that no one here knows how the war is being carried on and the facts given in the article are unspeakably shocking. The publication of the article this month is of great importance. It would answer the elections and would awaken a sense of moral responsability in England. Mr. Bunting has the moral law at heart — I feel that he ought to see the article. You

might send the messenger boy on. I do not know his address.

Very sincerely yours

George Moore
