Dear Fisher Unwin

My second act is bad very bad. I wrote a new act yesterday and have sent it to my own private printer. He will send you a proof tomorrow.

If my reputation is of value to you, you will use the new act. It has been set in the same type. If you don’t use it I shall have my copies unbound and the new act inserted. The play will be spoken from the new text.
