Dear Sir
I have thought of a lecture tour in America and I shall be glad to hear that you will undertake to arrange it for me. My lecture will be entitled: "The Intellectual Bankruptcy of England.” — I enclose a short synopsis. This, although a general question and interesting at any moment, would gain a certain adventitious aid by the Presidential election, which, I believe, turns on the value of an alliance with England.
I shall be glad to hear whether, in your judgment, it would be better for me to come in the autumn during tne political struggle or in the winter, say in December or January.
Truly yours
George Moore
