Contributions by GM
Letter to publisher Sir Ernest Beim, dated “26th July 1929” pp 11-[12]; “Obiter Dicta” pp 167-[180], not credited to GM, but in the “Preface” to the New Library Edition (B23-3a) Goodwin says, “One chapter, however, is his [GM’s] own work, and it is so transparently obvious that I will
not attempt to point it out.”
